MAhiraa Jaan, having been born and brought up in the 'Temple City' Madurai took an early interest in classical dance and was formally trained in Bharathnatyam. Even in her younger years, MAhiraa took a keen interest in social development and reformation and actively participated and volunteered her time in various activities aimed at improving the quality of life at orphanages while working towards the upliftment of women and the differently abled community all around the country.
Now, affectionately known as MA to her students, MAhiraa continues her work as a Social Worker and Educationalist in discovering, nurturing, rehabilitating and showcasing the outstanding abilities of those with special needs, across the Nation. Believing in her motto 'Skill is Will', she aims at empowering her differently abled students with skills and talents so that they feel confident to lead an inclusive, independent and dignified life.
Her body of work also includes counselling and guidance to differently abled women through her various training programmes and workshops in performing and visual arts. Furthermore, she is the first Muslim woman in the world to launch and promote a Classical Dance Theatre production entirely performed on Wheelchairs, by her differently abled students, the most popular production being, the 'Bhagavad Gita On Wheels'
MAhiraa continues to be a dynamic force in the Indian social scenario and firmly believes in National Integration and social service through her continuous efforts towards her calling and cause. As in her own words, "Serving humanity is like serving God".
Syed Sallauddin Pasha has achieved international recognition for his pioneering dance and movement therapy for people with special needs, He spent hours sitting on the wheelchairs to understand the difficulties and innovate therapeutic theatre wheelchair productions for persons with special needs, his wheelchair dance performances have won international recognition across the world. He has toured with his productions to Oman, USA, UK, UAE, Italy, Finland Malaysia, Canada to mention a few. Some of his famous and popular wheelchair dance productions are Bharatanatyam on wheelchairs, Sufi dance on wheelchairs, Yoga on wheelchairs, Bhagawad Gita on wheelchairs, Ramayana On wheels, Rumi On Wheels, Chariots of the Gods, wheelchair on wings and Flying Wheels.
Syed Sallauddin Pasha has presented his innovative wheelchairs dance performances at Rashtrapati Bhavan for the President of India Shri. Pranab Mukherjee. His Miracle On Wheels shows for United Nation Information Centre and Indian Council for UN Relations on 2nd May 2015 at FICCI auditorium, New Delhi on the occasion of UN convention on Rights of persons with disabilities. was a great success. He has conducted a series of therapeutic workshops for people with special needs and devised pioneering education programmes in the sector of special needs. He uses therapeutic theatre to cross physical and mental barriers. He also wrote the preface and introduced numerous therapeutic healing books. Much international print and electronic media have covered his outstanding work. He choreographed and presented wheelchair dance for 17th international Children Film Festival and Yoga on wheels performance on 21 June 2015 at FICCI auditorium, Delhi for United Nations World Yoga Day Celebrations and special performance for NCPA Mumbai. His differently abled students have won Guinness World Record On Wheelchair. Pasha presented his Miracle on wheel performance for Taj Mahotsav on 21st February 2015, I Performed for Rotary Club and International Anjali Children Festival in Orissa Bhubaneshwar. He created mega therapeutic theatre production Ramayan for special need children for the various school of Finland in collaboration with Espoo-Esbo.
He presented Kathak Dance Performance in conjunction with the exhibition of Islamic Art of India on the occasion of the exhibition launching on 30th March 2002 at Islamic Arts Museum of Malaysia officiated by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato Seri Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad and for the special performance graced by His Majesty, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Ibni-Al Marhum Tuanku Syed Putra Jamalullail, King of Malaysia, and his Queen. He worked as residence teacher for Sutra Dance Theatre and performed along with Ramli Ibrahim.
His paper presentation on the outstanding abilities of persons with special needs and their achievements are highly appreciated at international universities. Dr Syed Sallauddin Pasha revered as ‘ Father of Indian Therapeutic Theatre for persons with disabilities. Dr Syed received National Award from the President of India for outstanding performances in the field of empowerment of persons with disabilities and a world record holder who’s in the ‘Limca Book of World Records’ and Guinness World Records for creating 100 dance theatre productions and 10,000 performance by persons with disabilities across the globe. His pioneering efforts have won National and International recognition. For the past 30 years, through his innovative therapeutic education methodology, direction and choreography, he has efficiently executed 100 Mega Therapeutic theatre Productions bringing hope, confidence, dignity and zest to people with disabilities around the world.

Ashiq is the world’s first polio affected professional wheelchair Bharatnatyam dancer and teacher from Miracle on wheels! He teaches the wheelchair Bharatanatyam dance techniques which he learnt from his great Gurus at Miracle on wheels. He can perform with preciseness repertoire of Bharatnatyam. Not breaking the rules of the Natyashastra, he dances replacing the feet by four wheels. He has been appreciated by dance legends like Smt. Vijayanti Mala, Dr Maya Rao, President Of India, Amir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Prabhu Deva, M.S. Dhoni to mention a few. He has presented his Bharatanatyam shows in Malaysia, Italy, Muscat, Bahrain, across India for televisions and stage shows.
When he was 2 years old Polio struck leaving him disabled and unable to move independently. His parents felt he was a burden since both his older and younger brother were perfectly fine. He was totally neglected and many times his father would tie him to a tree to prevent him from straying anywhere. When he was spotted and embraced by his Guru 16 years ago, his parents were more than happy to let go of their burden. His Guru Syed Sallauddin Pasha discovered his interest in dance and music. he took him under their wings and trained him professionally in Indian Classical Dances. Dance therapy has healed him and made him a great wheelchair Classical Dance Teacher today.
Ashiq can move his wheelchair 150kms per hour and 80 wheelchair spins in a minute.
He is also professionally trained in film and sound editing which was also another passion of Ashiq’s. He was mentored and led to the path of success by people who genuinely cared for and loved him. He is a super success today and wants everyone to look at him as an example to know that the sky is the limit.
He wants to teach more and more Differently Abled brothers and sisters who are genuinely interested in learning wheelchair Bharatanatyam. Ashiq says “we are not less than any normal Bharatanatyam Dancers who use two legs and we use four wheels. In fact, some of the Bharatanatyam Adavus (Steps) can be performed better on wheels. Ashiq teaches and choreographs a dance to normal people too. His disability was never a hindrance in his teaching career. He is training many differently abled students at Miracle Center. There are enormous opportunities in today’s world, one needs to be professional and hard working in his work.... name, fame, money and everything else will follow.
Ashiq recites Sanskrit shlokas, performs Shiva Tandava and Ganapathi Vandana with ease and professionalism. In fact, he is the first Muslim professional wheelchair Bharatanatyam dancer and teacher in the world.
Physically challenged artist Dharmendra performs classical and other forms of dance on the wheelchair. He is a skilled light and stage technician and electrician. He performs in famous productions such as Ramayana on wheels, Bhagawad Gita on wheels, Bharatnatyam on wheels, Durga on wheels, Freedom on Wheels, Sufi Dance Wheels, Shivathandava on wheels, Bahubali on wheels, Army on wheels, Martial Arts, Yoga On wheels and other contemporary dances. He has performed extensively in
India and Abroad twice to Malaysia.
Senior artiste of Miracle On wheels, Manoj Trained in Bharatanatyam On Wheelchairs, Sufi Dances, Martial Arts-Sword Dances. He has taken lead roles in Dance Theatre Productions. He has performed with Miracle On Wheels in India, Malaysia, South Africa, Canada to mention a few.
Senior Dancer of Miracle on wheels, Sonu widely performed in India, Malaysia, Canada, South Africa and other countries with Miracle On Wheels. He is professionally trained in Wheelchair Dances, Sufi Dances, Martial On Wheels, Classical Dancer under the legendary Guru Syed Sallauddin Pasha.
Dedicated social worker, Dancer and program coordinator with a strong commitment to serving the community. Tamilalagan holds Bachelor’s in Chemistry and Master’s in Social Work, he worked as a community development social worker. He is National Level Para Swimmer and has received several Gold Medals. He has performed widely in India, Muscat, Salalah, Kuwait, Thailand to mention a few. Trained in Classical Dance and contemporary under Guru Dr Syed S Pasha. Hard working and dedicated Tamilalagan is presently working as a leading dancer of Miracle On Wheels.
Anusha studied dances on wheelchairs, Bharatanatyam, Kathak and other forms at Miracle On wheels under the Guru Syed Sallauddin Pasha. She has taken lead roles in many dance production of Miracle On Wheels. She has participated in much National and International dance festival and productions in India and South Africa.
Hearing Impaired talented Wheelchair Dancers Suhas can dance with ease both with and without legs, he is in charge of costumes at Miracle On Wheels. Good at craft work and dance, He has performed with Miracle On Wheels in India, Malaysia, South Africa, Canada to mention a few. He is studied Bharatanatyam, Contemporary and Bollywood Dance under the guidance of Guru Syed Sallauddin Pasha.
GOKUL KRISHNA REDDY Sincere, Dedicated Dancer, Can dance without listening to music with perfection. He is trained in Wheelchair Bharatanatyam, Sufi Dances, Contemporary Dances. He has performed with Miracle On Wheels in India, Malaysia, South Africa, Canada to mention a few.

Hearing Impaired Dancer Sukundra has been taken part in Miracle On Wheels dance productions and participated in many dance productions presented by Miracle on wheels. As student of dance at Miracle On wheels, she is studying Bharatanatyam, Kathak and Choreography.
